Jean-Louis Lafosse who is abandoning the time of a race his position as CEO of Gotti (rim manufacturer) is associated with Jean Ragnotti. Unfortunately, despite a very good start and the third place after one hour racing, Jean-Louis Lafosse was instantly killed when he struck the rails at the beginning of the Hunaudières just after 5 pm. Despite the accident, the team remained in the race.
